About Us

     Palm Resaca Park is an adult leisure park for retired individuals ages 55 and over located in Brownsville, TX.  The Park is structured on double occupancy per site with no pets allowed.

     The Park is comprised of 31.5 secure acres with 213 mobile home sites and 15 RV spaces.  The area provides ample space for grass, flowers, and various tropical trees.

     Palm Resaca has an active Recreation Club.  All residents benefit by the opportunities offered by the Club.  The Club plans and coordinates activities throughout the year.

     The Park is owned by the homeowners who annually elect a Board of Directors.  The majority of the homeowners come from many northern and central states, as well as various provinces of Canada.
