A Note to Renters:

We look forward to you joining us and are happy for you to choose to spend your vacation here. This is a member owned Park and we are proud of the amenities and activities offered in our community. We look forward to sharing them with you. 

Renters at Palm Resaca Park must apply to the Membership Committee to ensure they meet the membership criteria. All renters coming to Palm Resaca Park are involved in a vacation rental by owner arrangement. The Park management is not involved in any way in the VRBO. All rental arrangements are strictly between the owner of the unit and the renter. 

**Rental periods are limited to a maximum of 6 months in a 12 month period.

To help plan for a great vacation in our Park, renters may wish to download the following Renter’s Questionnaire and discuss it with the owner so that they can be as informed as possible regarding the unit to be rented
